JUSTIFICATIONS

- Hull City Tigers and Crystal Palace don't have enough quality for the Premier League
- Joe Kinnear will cause so much instability and tension behind the scene to make the team lose morale and spiral out of control, I see a repeat of 2008/09
- Cardiff City and Norwich have made excellent signings and predict them to have surprise seasons
- Southampton will mature into a proper midtable team
- The top 4 will be explained in season previews
